Oracle NetSuite

Routable is proud to support full integrations with Oracle NetSuite. To use NetSuite in conjunction with Routable, some configuration will need to be performed in both the Routable Dashboard and NetSuite.

Don't develop against your production NetSuite account!

You can request a NetSuite Sandbox account to perform a test implementation between NetSuite and Routable that will not impact your production accounts.

Once your integration is configured, you'll need to sync up your vendors and customers between Routable and NetSuite. If you have a large volume of companies to import, contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help you out.

How Routable shares data with Oracle NetSuite

If you're using configured and custom fields, we can import those, too. You'll see the values of your custom fields populated in Routable's dashboard.

Mapping custom fields from NetSuite to Routable

Once your account is all set up, you'll be ready to create your first Payable. You can import your existing bills from NetSuite as well.

When you activate an accounting software integration from your Routable Dashboard, additional data will be required in several API calls, such as Create a Payable. If you have already built your API integration, these new requirements will break your existing code. It is therefore strongly recommended that you integrate your accounting software in your sandbox environment wherever possible first, to ensure that you have accounted (no pun intended!) for all the additional data you'll need before making the change in a production environment.
